Wear comfortable clothes, you will be laying down in my office on the massage table.  You will receive a healing in a nice, warm, supportive atmosphere as I clear stuck energy from your physical and spirit bodies.  You will receive a little message of what was done at the end of the session as you slowly come out of your meditative state of receiving.
